Grity Sugarcane Water Bottle

You can imagine how delighted we were to discover that we can now get hold of the essential item for every cyclist - a bio-degradable water bottle!  These are made from an alternative to plastic: bio-degradable sugarcane! Hurrah!  

Sugarcane is a renewable resource that contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. It’s quite simple: as the sugarcane grows, the plant removes CO₂ from the air. The sugarcane extract is used to make ethanol, which is used to make green polyethylene that is 100% recyclable.
