I don't know what size to order?

Please check our comprehensive size guide which covers all our garments.  Our advice is this:

Our cycling jerseys are quite stretchy so stick to the size guide, however we recommend that you size up with our Winter jerseys if you prefer a more relaxed look - they size a bit smaller than our other jerseys.  Our Bib shorts size similarly to most main brands so start off with your 'usual' size.

Our Hoodies are slightly slim fitting, so size up if you like it baggy.

How much will shipping cost?

UK shipping is free for orders over £100.

Free local delivery within 10 miles from Wymeswold.

How long does delivery take?

We post all our products with Royal Mail, so delivery is usually 2-3 working days.  Please be aware that there are postal strikes scheduled throughout November and December so there may be delays in transit.

During busy times, like Christmas though, please bear with our lovely posties who are working their socks off!

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we do ship to Europe.  Please be aware that the customer is liable for any customs duties and local taxes, so expect to have to pay a bit more, depending on which EU country you live in.  We are really sorry about this situation for our EU customers.  Please contact us if you would like an indication of what this might cost.

Do you ship to Worldwide?

Yes, we do ship to Worldwide.  Again, as above, the customer is liable for any customs duties and local taxes, please contact us for more information.

How do I return an item?

Please see our Returns page.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Our exchange system is the same as for a return.  Send us back the item you need to change and we will refund you.  In the meantime, order the item you need as the exchange on our website.  This means you get the one you want straight away.  

How do I exchange just one item from a Kit Bundle?

Please email us: hello@grity.co.uk   The system is the same as for a return above, but we need to make sure that your discount still applies.

Why hasn't my discount code been applied at the checkout?

Our discount codes do not apply to Clearance.

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code at the checkout.  If you have already selected a discount from a kit bundle option, you will not be able to combine this with another discount code.  Our advice is to use the discount option that gives you a better total reduction, even if this means re-selecting the kit you wish without opting for a kit bundle option.

Why haven't I received my Gift Card?

Our Gift Cards are a great way to get an instant gift for a loved one because they are sent to you directly by email the moment you checkout.  Sometimes they arrive in the junk or spam folder as the computer interprets them as an automatic notification, so check there first.  You will need to forward the email to the person you wish to receive the Gift Card.

How do I leave a review for my lovely new kit?

On our website, find the item that you wish to review, scroll down to the bottom of the product description.  In the Customers Review box, select the option to Write a Review, and away you go!
