Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your new kit, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
We offer a no questions asked refund for unworn items in perfect condition, complete with all original tags and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
What to do

- Download and complete our Returns form by clicking here
- Re-package the item you wish to return, complete with original tags and packaging, and the Returns form

Please note, we will refund the cost of standard shipping if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
If the item was bought as part of a Kit Bundle, the discount is no longer valid and the refund will reflect this. However, if you wish to change the size of one of the items within the Bundle, please email us at hello@grity.co.uk
We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving to us. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange, the process is the same as for a refund. Return the item you wish to exchange and we will issue a refund. Go ahead and order the exchange you need at your leisure. This ensures that the size and item you need are still available, and speeds up the process of delivery so we don't have to wait for your original order to arrive back at Grity HQ.
